1. Nature of Services
The services provided by Calculated Coaching are advisory in nature. They are intended to support your professional development and growth. The services provided is not therapy, legal, financial, or medical advice, and should not be relied upon as such. You are responsible for all decisions and actions you take based on guidance received during sessions.
2. No Guarantees
While I provide guidance and support to the best of my ability, no specific outcomes are guaranteed. Results depend on your actions, circumstances, and external factors beyond my control.
3. Scope of Responsibility
This service involves sharing professional experience, perspective, and advice. I will always act in good faith and within my expertise. I am not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses that may arise from your use of advice or information provided during mentorship sessions.
4. Confidentiality
All information shared during mentorship sessions will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except where required by law.
5. Payment, Cancellation & Refunds
- Payment is due after sessions as agreed.
- Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
- Refunds are not provided for sessions already completed.
6. Use of Materials
Any materials, worksheets, or resources provided during mentorship are for your personal use. Redistribution or resale without permission is prohibited.
7. Assumption of Risk
By participating in mentorship sessions, you acknowledge and accept that all actions and decisions taken based on mentorship guidance are your responsibility, and you release Calculated Coaching from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
